Weight loss with Yoga therapy

DURATION: 21 days

This weight loss program is very effective in supporting the weight loss journey.

In this program our clients will get 1 hour yoga session every day (21 sessions in total for 21 days).

At beginning of this program, the client will receive a 15 minutes video consultation session and once the program starts the client will receive 3 more consultation sessions at end of every week (15 to 20 min video session meeting every weekend). Furthermore, 3 diet counselling will given to the client during each consultancy meeting.

While the yoga session will be designed to suit your individual needs, we will ensure that you learn and progress at your own pace.

Each session will be a combination of  ( yoga poses, weight loss promoting breath work and meditation).
