At “wellness with Prachi” we bring old ayurvedic knowledge, “garbha sameeta concepts” (ancient text for science of conception and process of pregnancy and samskara) in combination with yoga therapy session specifically designed for pregnant women.
Our yoga therapy session aims at prioritizing health of growing embryo and pregnant mother.
After God, it is only a woman who has the capacity to create a new life. Thus, we consider our self very fortunate that through our yoga therapy sessions we are able to support this beautiful journey of creation.
In the journey of 15 days you will get the following services:
- Yoga poses designed as per the stage of our clients.
- Emphasis on correct types of bandha/ locks before conception, during and after pregnancy.
- Breath work and meditation for complete relaxation and stress management.
- 15 yoga therapy sessions (each session one hour)
- 1 free diet counseling.
- 1 free session for mindfulness and positive mindset making.
All the yoga sessions are uniquely designed to keep the body healthy and strong as the female are approaching end of gestational period, preparing for labor, to cope up with mood swings and reduce stress.
Yoga therapy session will gradually help you to feel more confident and to establish more positive connection with your baby.
