Diet & Yoga therapy for PCOD

DURATION: 1 month

Our goal at “wellnesswithprachi” is to provide our clients with scientific knowledge and its proper understanding.

We work upon the root cause of the health problem. As a result, our packages are combination of diet therapy and yoga therapy. Further, this one-month journey will support the process of treatment of your lifestyle disorder.

Our aim is to help our clients achieve a healthy body, mind and soul.

Key Features

1. 4 google meet consultancy sessions in one month package (each consultancy will be 20 minutes).

2. Weekly followup

3. Priority support timing: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm – 6pmto 7pm. (Monday to Friday) (Whatsapp chat, email, 10 minutes Whatsapp voice call to resolve client’s questions and confusions).

4. Weekly customised diet plans. (30 diet plans in total).

5. Sustainable healthy lifestyle habit development list will be provided at the beginning of your package.

6.  Access to all the healthy recipes for PCOD clients.

7. Yoga therapy sessions designed for clients by Prachi Pokhriyal. (3 sessions each week). Thus, in one month client’s will get access to 12 yoga therapy sessions in total. (45minutes each online). (yoga poses+ pranayama+ ancient meditation techniques for stress reduction, weight loss, promote deep quality sleep and achieving hormonal balance).

8. Guidance regarding portion control, ayurvedic and nutrition-rich diet to balance your tridosha, eating out, cheat meal and lifestyle guidance.

9. Positive mindset making session with Prachi Pokhriyal.

10. On the last week of your package, you will receive a free “7 main energy centres balancing breathing techniques and meditation session” by Prachi Pokhriyal. This session will help client to correct their energy blockages, to achieve the complete relaxation of the central nervous system and lymphatic system. (*optional).

11. Necessary video tutorials will be shared with clients.
